Mini Pine Tree Plant Crassula Tetragona

Crassula tetragona, also known as the Miniature Pine Tree, is a succulent native to Southern Africa. It thrives in regions ranging from the Orange River in Namaqualand to beyond the Kei River in the Eastern Cape. The name "Tetragona" refers to the unique arrangement of its leaves, which grow in crossed pairs, perpendicular to the stems.

This fast-growing, upright succulent shrub typically reaches 3 to 4 feet in height and 2 to 3 feet in width. The younger stems are green, while older stems darken to a rich brown color. Its narrow, green leaves are about 1 inch long and give the plant its characteristic "pine tree" appearance, making it a popular choice for bonsai enthusiasts.
